Overview

Our Beginnings

Mills Mehr & Associates (MMA) was established in 2005 as an independent adjusting company based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida by the 3 company principals: Gary Mills, Bill Mehr and George Turnbull. We provide Property and Liability claims handling services, with a primary focus on handling day-to-day adjustments and appraisals, throughout the state of Florida.

Through hard work and diligence, we were able to expand our services in 2007 to include Delegated Claims Administration for both the London and domestic markets, and can manage claims throughout the United States. Currently, the company oversees claims in 49 states.

Our reports will be tailored to your exact needs and will be concise and documented so that you can decide how to proceed.

Our Workforce

We have assembled a claims workforce that has embraced our ideals. Recruiting and training are crucial to our operation, because you depend on all of our people to act professionally. Our primary hiring goal is to identify personnel who are passionate about taking care of the client—and have shown it in their past performance. And of course, we require all of our claims staff to be highly effective at investigating, verifying, and resolving property and liability claims.

We also believe that taking care of our employees by providing the necessary tools and training, and fostering a “can-do” atmosphere, will help our workforce achieve the excellence for which we strive.
